Engagement Shoot & 2010 News

Dear all

We had a wonderful couple at the studio during the Christmas Period. Karen & Marc are getting married in June 2010 at Casa Luque in Nerja. Part of the new service of Curran Photography this year includes an engagement shoot at our studio and on location when you book our services to photograph your wedding. It doesn't matter how high or low your budget is, we believe it is important to have the engagement shoot as it means we can build a rapport with you - our client. It also gives us the opportunity to discuss any requirements and view our albums.

Another important part of the service is to hold a viewing session with the bride and groom just a few days after the wedding. This gives the bride and groom the opportunity to see the wedding through our eyes. Bride and groom come along and watch a DVD slideshow with lovely muscic playing in the background. This year we had several brides & grooms watching their slideshow up to 4 times and crying (with joy!) whilst watching the moments we captured for them.

The viewing session is important as you can make your choices for your album there and then. Once we receive your order at the viewing session we will ensure that you will receive your album before leaving Spain - if you choose a traditonal album, you will receive this 24 hours after chossing your photos, if you choose a digital album we will have this ready within 7 days of the order. Queensberry orders can be collected or delivery arranged within 6 - 8 weeks following your order.

Last wedding of the Year.....

Hi guys

I photographed my last wedding of the year on 20 November. Now time to re-charge the batteries (my batteries leaving the camera aside for now!!!).

The bride and groom were Michelle & Peter from Alicante. Their service was at the registry office in Gibraltar then reception back at the Sunset Beach Club. A really cool couple, very relaxed and took all in their stride.

Couldn´t have asked for a better way to end the 2009 season.

Am now planning my new sequence of shots for next year.....who will be the first to see?

Book Your Christmas Portrait Sessions Now

We have the following open days organised for your Christmas Portraits:

Saturday 21 November: 10am - 7pm
Saturday 28 Novemver: 10am - 7pm
Saturday 5 December: 10am - 7pm

As always our Open Days are organised with the website Mums in Spain www.mumsinspain.com The studio session and your Hair and Make-Up are free on the day. Following your portrait session we will organise a viewing time when you will come back to the studio and view the photos on a DVD slideshow, from which you can make your choice of photos for printing. All you have to pay for are the photos that you wish to purchase.

Slideshow ready for viewing from Fashion Shoot

Dear all

We have worked on a slideshow of the DVD / Film shoot that you can now watch. Once again the shoot was fantastic and we are completely thrilled with the results.
